Casenotes
Casenotes provide summaries of the outcomes of particular complaints made to the Ombudsmen and the views that the Ombudsmen have formed on those complaints.
Copies of all our published casenotes are available on our on-line library which can be searched using search publications. The casenotes can be downloaded free of charge in either MS Word or pdf format.
The 14th Compendium is now available, hard copies are available at a cost of NZ$25.
