LGOIMA practice reports: Greater Wellington Regional Council and Tasman District Council

The Chief Ombudsman has released two further investigation reports into LGOIMA practice and compliance at local authorities.

Tasman District Council and Greater Wellington Regional Council are the latest under the microscope.

The Chief Ombudsman made no formal recommendations. He made suggestions for improvement in LGOIMA practice, and welcomed the Councils' willingness to start implementing these.
