The Chief Ombudsman has released his report into Official Information Act compliance and practice at the Treasury.
Peter Boshier identified a positive culture towards official information, openness, and transparency at the Treasury, consistent with the Treasury's role as a provider of free and frank advice.
Mr Boshier said most of his suggestions for improvement would be implemented over the next year, and he would monitor progress.
